Why should I book directly with Romecityflats instead of Airbnb?

You send a stay request on this site. Payment goes to that apartment’s owner, not a booking platform. There are no OTA commissions on the request you send here.

How does check-in work and what are the house times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. After you send a request from the apartment page we confirm availability and share access instructions. Rome’s tourist tax is €3.50 per person per night. Pets are not allowed; smoking indoors is not allowed.

Where are the apartments located in Rome?

Navona Charme sits in a 15th-century building a few minutes on foot from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Castel Sant’Angelo. Two design lofts on Via del Babuino are about 30 seconds from Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), with Trevi Fountain, Via Condotti and Piazza del Popolo nearby. Two apartments in Della Vittoria / Prati (Via Giuseppe Mazzini) are about 5 minutes from Ottaviano Metro A and 10 minutes from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums. All you need in Rome is in Trionfale, 3 minutes from Metro A Cipro and 15 minutes from the Vatican Museums. Exclusive penthouse is in Frascati historic centre: 5 minutes to the belvedere, 400 m to the station, about 30 minutes by train to Roma Termini.

What amenities are included in every apartment?

Every apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (typically refrigerator, hob, coffee machines, and in most homes oven, dishwasher or washing machine). Most buildings have an elevator; Spanish Steps lofts add soundproof windows, Netflix/Prime/Disney+ TVs and sofa beds for up to 4 guests. The Frascati penthouse also has parking and a terrace. Professional cleaning is done after every stay.

Are the apartments legally registered in Italy?

Yes. Each card and apartment page shows its CIN from the Ministry of Tourism. Match the code with the person you pay and check it on the official CIN portal. A QR code is also inside every apartment.

Who are the apartments best for — families, couples or luxury shopping?

For families we recommend Navona Charme: it has an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and is very spacious. Elegant Vatican is also an excellent choice because it is very close to the metro. For couples we recommend All you need in Rome: it is a very romantic setting with an excellent quality-price ratio. For those who love luxury and shopping in the best stores, we recommend the apartments in the Piazza di Spagna area — perfect for being immersed in the heart of Rome’s historic centre.
