The apartment is on Via Giuseppe Mazzini in Della Vittoria, within the elegant Prati district. It is about 5 minutes from Ottaviano Metro A and roughly 10 minutes from the Vatican.
Metro A Ottaviano is about 3 minutes on foot, Via Cola di Rienzo about 5 minutes, the Vatican Museums about 8 minutes, St. Peter’s Basilica about 10 minutes and Castel Sant’Angelo about 12 minutes.
Ottaviano (Metro Line A) is about 3–5 minutes on foot, so you can reach Termini, Spagna and other Line A stops without needing a taxi.
From Fiumicino, the Leonardo Express or regional trains to the centre plus Metro A to Ottaviano work well. From Ciampino, bus or train connections to Termini then Metro A to Ottaviano are common. A taxi to Prati is also straightforward.
