IMPORTANT:
- Sofa bed: For reservations of 2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared by default. If you would like to use it, please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in.
- Residential building: The apartment is located in a residential condominium, so you may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring apartments.
- Central location: Due to the apartment’s very central location, some street noise is to be expected. However, the windows are equipped with double-glazed sound-insulating glass. Simply closing the windows will significantly reduce the noise from the streets of central Rome.
- Hot water: The hot water supply is not unlimited. However, when used reasonably, the 80-liter water heater is sufficient for several consecutive showers. If the hot water runs out, approximately 1 hour is required for it to heat up again.
- For larger groups: Families or groups traveling together can also book the adjacent mirror-image apartment, featuring the same style and level of comfort, for an even more exclusive and convenient stay.
