This page explains how Romecityflats handles personal data when you use this website or send a stay request. It is written for guests. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

The site is operated as Romecityflats. Contact: romecityflats@gmail.com and WhatsApp +39 335 433 227. Each apartment has its own owner. Stay payments go to that owner, not to a booking platform.

What we collect

If you send a stay request we receive the apartment name, dates, number of guests, your name, email, phone, message and the price shown on the form. We do not take card payments on this website.

Apartment owners

We share your request with the owner of the apartment you chose, so they can confirm availability and arrange payment. We do not sell your data.

Tools we use

Stay requests are sent through Formspree. Prices may load from published Google Sheets. Availability calendars may load from Airbnb iCal (sometimes via AllOrigins). Fonts and some scripts load from Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr and unpkg. Maps use Leaflet / OpenStreetMap.

Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by writing to romecityflats@gmail.com. You may also contact the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
