IMPORTANT:
- Sofa bed: For reservations of 2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared automatically. If you would like to use it, please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in.
- Residential building: The apartment is located in a residential building, so you may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighbouring apartments.
- Central location: Due to the apartment's central location, some street noise is to be expected. However, the windows are equipped with double glazing and sound insulation. Simply close the windows to significantly reduce outside noise and enjoy a more peaceful stay.
- Hot water: The apartment has an 80-litre hot water tank. When used reasonably, it is sufficient for several consecutive showers. If the hot water runs out, approximately 1 hour is required for the tank to heat up again.
- For larger groups: Families or groups travelling together can also book the adjacent mirror-image apartment, featuring the same style and level of comfort, for an even more exclusive and convenient stay.
